Responsibilities
* The Spa Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring the SPA is well-organised, and supporting day-to-day retail and administrative operations.
* Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner; respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
* Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
* Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
* Cooperate with and report any arising issues; apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends.
Requirements
* Proven work experience as a spa assistant.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Positive attitude.
* User-level computer skills.
