Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support our team in Thurles Campus. As an Admin Support, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective administration of our business processes.
* Provide administrative support to the SDRI team, including typing of meeting agendas and minutes, updating documentation as required.
* Communicate and provide accurate information to internal and external stakeholders in person, by telephone, or by email.
* Support the SDRI staff with administrative tasks, such as organisation of travel, purchasing and events for SDRI projects.
* Coordinate, create, and place content for SDRI's social media platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant academic qualification.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft packages, including MS Word, MS Excel, MSTeams, and MS Outlook.
* Working knowledge of Agresso.
* Experience in communicating and dealing with the public/customers, responding to queries and providing information in person, by telephone, or by email.
* Experience in project administration.
* Demonstrable planning, organisation, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
