OverviewDirector, Product - Title & Registration, Tolls & Violations (T&R and T&V)Join to apply for the Director, Product - Title & Registration, Tolls & Violations (T&R and T&V) role at Element Fleet ManagementThe Director of T&R and T&V Product is responsible for supporting the development of Element’s long-term T&R and T&V product strategy. The Director will work directly with the Vice President of Leasing & Related Products to identify new market opportunities for T&V and T&R, develop new and/or refine existing products and manage the product lifecycle. This role will partner closely with the Director of Leasing Product and Director, Core & Third Party Remarketing Strategy to drive cross-portfolio continuity. This role will partner closely with the VP, Title & Registration to ensure effective deployment and execution of T&R and T&V strategies in market. The Director is also responsible for measurement and monitoring, KPI tracking and ad-hoc analysis to assess the performance of products.Primary ResponsibilitiesConduct market and competitive intelligence to identify new market opportunities and target markets for T&R and T&V; Support VP of Leasing & Related Products with defining recommended value drivers aligned to individual target marketsSupport VP of Leasing & Related Products with identifying and assessing new T&R and T&V products and business models to meet market opportunitiesSupport VP of Leasing & Related Products with product roadmap and prioritizationWork cross-functionally with FP&A (and other key Element stakeholders) to develop the business case, budget and capital requirements for new T&R and T&V productsWork cross-functionally with Strategic Alliances (and other key Element stakeholders) to understand buy vs. build options for new Leasing productsSupport VP of Leasing & Related Products to liaise with Commercial Leasing and Corporate Marketing teams to execute product-marketing specific capabilities and thought leadership developmentSupport VP of Leasing & Related Products to liaise with Leasing and Remarketing teams to create an integrated Leasing Lifecycle client propositionIdentify data requirements and improvement for effective reporting on T&R and T&V ProductAttend Leasing Data & Analytics Oversight Committee as representative for T&R and T&V product data, measurement and reportingDevelop T&R and T&V Product KPIsAnalyze and report on product KPI performance to support the development of recommendations to change/update overall product strategySupport development of T&R and T&V revenue forecasts and projections, as input into the P&L for LeasingQualifications, Education, And ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience10+ years of related experience Leasing industry experience, preferably in financial services, operations or customer serviceStrong business acumen and understanding of business objectivesAbility to navigate and work across all levels of the organizationExcellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsEffective problem solving, analytical and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesStrong relationship management experience working with cross-functional internal business partners, highly customer focusedAs a Purpose-driven, client-centric organization, we are aligned by our shared Values across our global organization.Our ValuesWe are always a force for good.We are experts defining the future of mobility.We are driven by client success.Our Values define who and how we show up for each other and our clients, every dayElement and its wholly owned subsidiaries are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
