Midland Batteries Ltd is a fast-growing renewable energy distributors, supplying energy systems nationwide.We are now seeking an experienced Finance & Operations Administrator to take ownership of our financial systems, reporting, and day-to-day operations as the company continues to scale.This is a full-time, permanent position based in Portlaoise, Monday to Friday.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and maintain invoice, banking, and tax systems (QuickBooks / Xero / Invoice2Go).Aggressively track all expenses, ensuring every outgoing is properly coded, justified, and budget-aligned.Produce weekly and monthly P&L reports and cashflow summaries for management.Process customer orders from quotation to dispatch.Issue and reconcile sales invoices, supplier bills, and credit notes.Manage accounts receivable/payable and monitor overdue balances.Prepare and track VAT3 returns and assist with management accounts.Liaise with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate delivery and invoicing.Maintain up-to-date records of all financial activity and provide insights on cost control.Support ad-hoc finance projects and operational improvements as needed.2 Years Experience RequiredJob Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company carCompany pensionFlexitimeWork Location: In person
