The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and dedicated to achieving sales targets, with experience in 4/5-star hotels and a strong mix of corporate, leisure, and events business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets across assigned segments.
* Collaborate with the Director of Revenue to set budgets and achieve revenue objectives.
* Plan and direct daily sales and marketing operations to maximize revenue and profitability.
* Create and manage brand website content to align with revenue objectives.
* Implement and execute online and offline marketing budgets, initiatives, and activities.
* Perform day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, face-to-face meetings, and contract negotiation.
* Ensure accurate processing, distribution, and follow-up of sales correspondence.
* Monitor key competitors and stay informed about market developments.
Requirements
* At least three years' experience in a senior Sales/Marketing role within a five-star hotel.
* Proven track record of effective people and team management, achieving/exceeding department goals and targets.
* A creative thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
* An outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to provide clear written reports and maintain a full driving license.
