Reporting to: Workshop Manager
Location: Specialized Ireland, Dublin
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
As a Workshop Technician, you'll be an important part of our store team — supporting riders, solving technical challenges, and ensuring every bike leaves our workshop performing at its best. You don't need to know everything on day one; if you bring motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we'll help you grow your expertise.
What You'll Do
Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to riders in store, online, and by phone
Build, safety‑check, and prepare bikes for display or collection
Diagnose and repair bikes with care and accuracy
Manage warranty processes, deliveries, and stock transfers
Maintain workshop organisation, cleanliness, and safety
Support stock checks and record‑keeping
Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment
Collaborate with the wider store team as needed
