Sales Development Role Overview
The Sales Development Specialist is responsible for delivering sales excellence by achieving targets in Personal Lines, Agri and Commercial Business. Key responsibilities include:
* Proactive sales performance to drive individual targets.
* Customer engagement and issue resolution through effective communication.
* Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of commercial product offerings and compliance requirements.
* Fostering relationships with local financial advisors.
The role involves administration of business operations, customer support, and carrying out tasks as required.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent and/or relevant third-level qualification.
* Approved Product Advisor (APA), Approved Product Professional (APP), or Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) accreditation.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, previous insurance/financial services experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
