Our client is currently recruiting for a lead carpet fitter for my client based in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering good-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
* Cut carpet materials to the required specifications using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Install carpets/flooring in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines, ensuring a perfect fit.
* Secure carpets using adhesives, tacks, or other methods as required.
* Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly.
Requirements:
* Good physical fitness as the role requires lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
* Must have a full valid driver’s license as role involves driving to various locations
* Familiarity with different types of carpets and flooring materials is a plus
Salary:
·€40-€50k per annum based on experience
·Van and Tools provided
