As a key member of our front office team, the Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling all guest bookings and enquiries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless reservation experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls and emails.
* Enter and manage bookings using the hotel's reservation system
* Liaise with other departments to ensure guest requests are met
* Upsell room types and hotel services where appropriate
* Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service at all times
* Other tasks will be assigned as required to meet day-to-day operational needs.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
* Positive attitude and team spirit
