Our client, a global PLC are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join the Global Tax team on an 8-month contract. Reporting to the Tax Director, you will take responsibility for managing corporate tax compliance across Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands and other European jurisdictions. You will also support tax reporting, transfer pricing, Pillar II compliance, and a variety of international tax projects, working closely with finance and tax colleagues across multiple global locations. With offices in Dublin City Centre, they are operating with a hybrid working model (3-days onsite) and offering a competitive salary and bonus. Key Responsibilities: Manage corporate tax compliance and filings across several European jurisdictions. Prepare monthly and quarterly tax reporting under US GAAP. Review tax accounting entries and provisions prepared by local finance teams. Support statutory reporting requirements and tax disclosures. Assist with transfer pricing documentation, Country-by-Country Reporting and Pillar II compliance. Provide support on domestic and international tax projects, restructurings and technical matters. Liaise with external advisors and tax authorities as required. Requirements: AITI/CTA qualified with relevant post-qualification experience. Background in a Big 4/top-tier practice or a listed multinational environment. Strong knowledge of Irish corporation tax; exposure to VAT, CGT, DWT and Stamp Duty advantageous. Knowledge of FRS 101 and ideally US GAAP. Exposure to European tax matters would be beneficial. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
