Contracts Manager (Residential) Contracts Manager required for a leading Main Contractor to look after a large scale apartment project in North Dublin.Make sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below.Role & Duties: Oversee delivery of project, ensuring time, budget, quality, and commercial targets are met.Build and manage project teams, fostering a positive work environment to retain talent.Plan, update, and track schedules; coordinate site and project managers for alignment.Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance.Manage cost and value procedures, providing accurate commercial reports to leadership.Lead on contractual matters
- documentation, change management, issue resolution, & compliance.Identify underperforming projects, implement corrective actions, and give operational feedback.Champion cost savings and process optimisation across projects.Ensure projects meet company standards for presentation, brand, and compliance.Work with Directors to mitigate risks, resolve challenges, & support business growth.Requirements: 3rd Level Degree or Trades Qualified Over 6 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously or large-scale projects.
