Student Services Coordinator
The Student Services Coordinator is a front-of-house role with responsibility for continuously ensuring high customer service levels with all stakeholders within a thriving school environment. Organisational skills and problem-solving skills are paramount in this role, as are professionalism and punctuality. The Student Services Coordinator liaises with the academic and marketing departments and reports to the Centre Manager.
Main duties of this position are:
* working at reception and dealing with enquiries face-to-face, on the phone and by email
* providing various pieces of documentation for students
* dealing with student medical insurance
* dealing with post
* central purchase management planning and ordering
* managing a petty cash budget
* taking payments for courses and services and logging these
* liaising with academic and marketing departments, providing administration support to other departments and students
* dealing with complaints and escalating these to respective management, academic, and sales departments when necessary
* logging data daily with the sales department
* liaising regularly with sales on orders received
* organising and placing students in accommodation as required
* organising students cultural and social events as required
* taking part in health and safety matters, such as fire safety checks and drills
