Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Helpdesk Administrator to join our vibrant team.
Main Responsibilities
* First-Line Support: Provide helpdesk support, interfacing with Facilities Management teams and clients.
* Request Management: Log, update and close helpdesk requests in a timely manner.
* Ticket Resolution: Liaise with site teams to resolve issues and ensure prompt resolution.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and customer service skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Advanced Excel, Outlook and Word proficiency is also essential. Office experience, particularly contract support, is desirable.
