Key Duties & Responsibilities:
6. Aiding in the preparation of monthly management accounts
7. Preparation and processing of weekly payroll
8. Managing the creditors ledger and ensuring timely payments
9. Creating sales invoices and ensuring prompt collections
10. Completing and filing all required returns with Revenue, CSO, etc. in a timely manner
11. Performing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining the fixed asset register
12. Handling general office tasks
Requirements:
13. Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll Packages Experience desirable & would be an advantage
14. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a fast-paced accounting role
15. Proficient in producing monthly accounts and reconciliations
16. Strong communication skills
17. Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment
18. Excellent analytical and commercial skills
19. Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Excel
20. Proactive in implementing solutions and problem-solving
