We are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our team on a 6-month maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Team Manager and liaise daily with the Sales Team to provide high-quality administrative and operational support
* Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
* Process EDI orders and support integrations with online platforms and API data connections
* Follow up on ERP order workflows to ensure accuracy and timely processing
* Conduct sales data analysis and assist with report generation and daily data maintenance
* Answer incoming phone calls and manage email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Solid understanding of EDI processesand API integration logic
* Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, such as Dynamics NAV or Business Central
* Experience in the FMCG industryis an advantage, but not essential
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Reliable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
