Summary of Post
Full time clinical research manager supporting the activities of the RCSI Sponsorship Office.This position will involvethe provision of support,coordinationand management for RCSISponsor Office's administrative activities.

Specifically, the duties of the post are:
Study Planning Stage
Coordinateandmonitorthe completion ofclinicalstudyassessments andregistrationactivities.
Assistwith the registration of studies on clincialtrials.gov.
Liaise with Clinical Research Contract manager, manager execution, filing and tracking of Clinical Trial Agreements.
Study Implementation Stage
Administer the greenlightfornon-regulated interventional studies.
Supportgreen lightactivitiesfor regulatedstudies.
Provision of supportwithmonitoring scheduling andfollow upletter communication,as needed.
General
Maintain the tracker ofthestudies reviewedand sponsored (where applicable) by RCSISponsorship Office.
Act asRCSIpoint of contactfor the Beaumont RCSI joint approval process,monitorand update tracker and provide documentation on behalf of Sponsorship Office
Coordinate Sponsorship Office meetings (set agenda, circulateactionsand follow up)
ManageSponsorshippaymentrequests, including liaison with Investigators and Finance Dept.
ManageSponsorship Officetimekeepingsystem and reports.
Contribute to and coordinatethe preparation of the annual presentation for the RCSI Executive Research Management Team.
Organizeinter-departmentalmeetingsand meetingswithexternalparties.
and liaison with RCSI insurance broker.
Liaise withInvestigators andRCSI insurancebrokerforclinicaltrial'srelatedinsurancequeries,policyupdatesandrenewal.
Preparedocumentation and liaise with RCSI insurance brokerfortheannualclinical trialinsurance renewal.
ManagetheSponsorshipOfficeemail accountand queries.
Triage the pharmacovigilance email inbox and regulatory system daily for notifications.
Maintain SponsorshipOffice filing system(asrequired) and contribute to the development/ amendment of SOPs.
Manage the Honorary ResearchAppointmentprocess.
Updatesponsorshipsection of clinical research handbook(as needed).
Undertakefurthereducationasappropriatetokeepupdatedwithchangeswithinthefield of ClinicalResearch(asrequired)
Attendandparticipatein:
Inserviceandstaffeducation.
SponsorManagementmeetings.
