Job Role Overview:
This key position oversees the production process, managing output and supervising a team of operatives. The successful candidate will ensure all products meet stringent quality standards and comply with product specifications.
Achieving maximum output without compromising quality is a primary objective. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, the Production Manager will be responsible for workplace safety, adhering to company procedures and relevant legislation.
