Learning Development Executive
The role will be responsible for supporting and executing the group's learning and development strategy at a very exciting time for the group. This position will work within a well-structured and organised LD function and Group HR team and report into the Head of Learning, Development and Talent.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
* Managing the back end and development of our learning management system - Dalata Online.
* Programme management for our Development Programmes
* Management of our Graduate Programme
* Training design for face to face training, virtual and eLearning sessions
* Design, management and reporting of our Compliance training
* Work collaboratively with the wider Group HR teams and Central Office teams to support the business objectives and projects.
* Lead or assist with projects as required
The ideal candidate will be
* Passionate about learning, training and career development
* A confident and experiencer presenter and trainer
* Have an ability to analyse training needs of the hotels and put a solid plan in place
* Show their ability to research and analyse results to ensure decisions are data led
* Be commercially minded, a strong decision maker and an ability to use initiative
* Strong in project management
* Proficient on Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, Excel PowerPoint
* Have previous experience in managing a learning management system, using LMS technology is essential
* Have previous experience in programme management, expereince of logistic management and excellent organisational skills
