Leadership Training Initiative
We are seeking a Programme Development Manager to contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of an all-island leadership training programme for young people.
The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop programme strategies, facilitating cross-border youth development initiatives, and fostering inclusive partnerships with schools and community groups.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement programme plans to achieve organisational goals.
* Foster collaborative relationships with schools, community groups, and other stakeholders to deliver programme services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, social sciences).
* Minimum 2 years' experience in programme management or a related field.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
