Key Responsibilities:
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting, providing insight and variance analysis.
* Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and recommending actions to management.
* Support business decision-making through detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis.
* Partner with local and international teams, including Tax, Legal, and Controllership, to provide actionable financial insights.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects, audits, and grant submissions as needed.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy, efficiency, and financial controls.
Your Experience:
* Experience, ideally in retail or consumer goods FP&A, accounting, or business partnering roles.
* Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end reporting.
* Experience with business intelligence / reporting tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc.) is a plus.
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent preferred.
* Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions and communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
