Additional responsibilities may include training team members and maintaining efficient production workflows.QualificationsStrong skills in beverage Production and packaging.Proficiency in Quality Control and maintaining product standardsEffective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholdersExperience in team support and Training of production personnelDetail-oriented and able to adhere to safety and quality guidelinesAbility to work in a hands-on, fast-paced production environmentPrevious experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production is a plus
