An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing events team at The Mansion House in Dublin 2. The historic Round Room at The Mansion House is Ireland's oldest purpose-built Events Centre holding a variety of wonderful client events throughout the year.
We are seeking a Senior Event Manager who will work predominantly Monday to Friday be a valued member of our events management team. In this fast-paced role, where the event manager will gain experience in client events, from time of confirmed booking to planning and event creation/ delivery.

€45,000- €50,000 DOE

Predominantly Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
· Building and continuing excellent client relationships through high level customer service.
. Lead key client relationships and deliver exceptional experiences.
· Management of client site visits at the Round Room and upselling events.
· Management of the operational and logistical requirements for multiply departments.
· Ensuring Excellent attention to detail throughout communications and event delivery.
· Collaboration with clients on their budgets and invoicing.
. Experience working on large scale events, production elements.
· Be hands-on and willing to be flexible in terms of workdays and hours as the business requires.
· Use of the Event system, to prepare and maintain administrative documentation for events including but not limited to client information and event procedure documentation.
The ideal Senior Event Manager
. 4 + years' in an Event manager role
. Confident leader with a collaborative, hands-on style
, Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
· Fluent in English Language with excellent written communication.
· Interpersonal and customer support skills.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines and strong attention to detail.
· Strong organisational Skills.
· Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
· Highly motivated and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Be solution orientated and creative to ensure excellent customer experiences.
· Organised with ability to meet deadlines and manage own workload.
· Bachelor's degree in Event/Project management or similar is a bonus.
