Job Title: Strategic HR Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a central role in building a strong, values-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR Leadership: Lead the recruitment process for indirect roles and provide support for direct hiring. Ensure every new joinee feels welcomed and set up for success from first contact to first day.
* Performance Management: Drive performance management, offering practical support to line managers and supervisors. Ensure feedback is constructive and development-focused.
* Employee Relations: Provide guidance on grievance and disciplinary matters, helping teams navigate challenges with fairness and clarity.
* Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefit programs in collaboration with external partners, ensuring offerings are competitive, well-communicated, and aligned with employee needs.
* Engagement and Culture: Help bring company values to life through engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and cultural workshops, contributing to a positive, inclusive environment where people feel connected and valued.
* HR Metrics and Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable HR data covering engagement, absenteeism, turnover, and more, supporting informed decision-making.
* Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering insights on employee relations and organisational culture. Lead benchmarking efforts to ensure the organisation stays aligned with best practices and evolving workforce expectations.
Requirements:
* A minimum 35 years' experience in HR, ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment.
* Full HR lifecycle experience, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
* A third-level degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or a related discipline.
* CIPD qualification highly desirable.
* Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation, including familiarity with grievance and disciplinary procedures, workplace investigations, and compliance with national regulations.
* Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
* The ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organisation.
