We're looking for a motivated HR Administrator to become a key part of our HR Department.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a detail-focused HR Administrator to support key HR processes like recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee compliance amongst other things. You'll help keep everything organised and running smoothly behind the scenes, playing a vital role in how we support and grow our wider team.The RoleMaintain accurate employee records across HR systems (Softworks and StaffCircle)Create and update job descriptions with hiring managersAdvertise roles, screen applications, and coordinate interviewsManage candidate communications and administer assessmentsCoordinate induction schedules and onboarding documentationArrange PPE and system access for new startersMonitor pre-employment questionnaires and escalate concernsSchedule onboarding check-ins (W1, M1, Q1) and offboarding processesCreate internal communication posts and manage digital signage contentPerform first-line payroll processing and resolve anomalies with line managersEnsure all employee documentation is compliant, including contracts and right-to-work evidenceSupport Employee Relations (ER) meetings by attending, minuting, and drafting correspondencePrepare monthly HR reportsRequirementsPrevious experience in HR or recruitment role, ideally in a fast paced environmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detail—you'll be managing multiple processes across onboarding, compliance, payroll and reportingExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with colleagues across all levels and backgroundsComfortable working with HR systems—experience with Softworks is a plusStrong Excel skills, especially for reporting and data trackingSolid understanding of HR compliance, including right-to-work checks, contracts, and employee documentationFamiliarity with recruitment and onboarding processes, from job ads to induction coordinationAbility to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressureA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvementWillingness to get out from behind the desk—this role involves regular engagement with production managers and employees on the floorWarm, approachable, and able to communicate clearly with people from diverse backgrounds, languages, and cognitive abilitiesA team player who's happy to support across departments and contribute to a positive, people-first cultureJob DetailsLocation: Coolock, Dublin 17Working Hours: 40 Hours, Monday to FridaySalary: €32,000 per annumContract Type: Full-time, permanent
