Job Title: Operational Efficiency Expert
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of Lean methodologies and drive process improvements across our manufacturing site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
* Design and deploy Lean tools tailored to pharmaceutical operations, promoting waste reduction and productivity gains.
* Coach and mentor people leaders to build lean leadership skills, CI capability, and sustain improvements.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Lean tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
* Drive structured problem-solving and root cause analysis across departments, identifying areas for improvement.
* Lead and support Kaizen events and improvement projects, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
* Develop and maintain visual management systems and standards, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the organization.
Additional responsibilities include promoting and sustaining 5 S, SMED, LSW (Leader Standard Work), and other Lean tools, driving operational excellence across the organization.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Manufacturing Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing operations.
* Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or higher).
* Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GMP, FDA).
* Strong analytical and project management skills, with proven ability to drive results.
* Proven experience in Lean system design and deployment, with expertise in Lean tools and methodologies.
