As our new Account Manager for the Limerick region, you'll be the face of Aviva to a panel of brokers—building strong partnerships, delivering on sales targets, and helping us grow in a competitive market. This is a role for someone who thrives on relationships, understands the broker landscape, and knows how to turn insight into action.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with a panel of brokers delivering agreed sales targets across product lines.
* Understand broker and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and support.
* Develop new broker relationships to expand Aviva's footprint in the region.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless broker experience.
* Champion a culture of professionalism, productivity, and customer focus.
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements.
Skills & Experiences
* QFA qualified (RPA or SIA desirable).
* Strong knowledge of the Irish Life & Pensions market and Aviva's product suite.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage broker relationships and resolve complex issues.
* Financial and commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset.
* Experience working within governance and risk frameworks.
