Office Management Role
Your new employer is seeking a highly organised and experienced office manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their Dublin-based workplace.
This role involves managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, as well as coordinating maintenance, health and safety compliance, and space planning.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure a well-organized and efficient working environment through effective management of daily operations.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including vendor liaison and service provision coordination.
* Coordinate office maintenance, health and safety compliance, and space planning initiatives.
* Support employee onboarding processes and assist with general HR administration tasks.
* Organise internal events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
* Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
* Act as primary point of contact for building management and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in office management, administration, or a similar operational role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
* Based in or near Dublin, with flexibility to work on-site as needed.
