Responsibilities
Support and drive the development of the Pharma marketing strategy and annual plan aligned to revenue targets.
Direct and collaborate with a high‑performing team (content, digital, events, product marketing/ABM).
Build the budget, forecast performance, and report on ROI to executive stakeholders.
Partner with commercial leadership to define and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Represent marketing at relevant meetings and contribute to broader business planning.
Work with the team to develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that includes existing social channels.
Create, curate, and manage high‑quality content including thought leadership, customer stories, clinical case studies, and product insights.
Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and supports sales and engagement goals.
Focus on digital‑first, data‑driven strategies that align with the buyer journey and sales funnel.
Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
Own website performance, SEO/SEM, marketing automation and CRM journeys.
Analyse campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
Design and run integrated, multi‑channel campaigns (paid/organic, email, webinars, events) that create pipeline across segments (providers, payers, distributors, OEMs).
Plan and deliver impactful live and virtual events, including tradeshows, webinars, workshops, and customer briefings.
Develop partner and channel marketing with distributors and technology alliances.
Coordinate logistics, speaker management, and post‑event lead nurturing.
Lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to team members.
Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.
Work closely with sales, product, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and support for growth targets.
Act as a key connector across functions to maximize marketing impact.
Manage and coordinate external agencies supporting digital advertising, PR, content production, and event execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategy.
Ensure all materials meet regulatory and privacy standards.
Run appropriate medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet strategic objectives.
Track and report on marketing spend and ROI across channels.
