Learning Experience Enablement Director

This leadership role requires a strategic thinker to drive the future of learning at our organization.


About the Role:

* We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and implementation of innovative learning solutions across the enterprise.


Key Responsibilities:

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption of new learning initiatives.
* Learning Management System Strategy: Develop a 3-year roadmap aligned to regulatory requirements, talent strategy, and emerging technologies.
* Process Ownership: Oversight of operational governance, content ingestion and management, assignment, completion, and analytics for the Learning Management System.
* Ecosystem Design: Design and evolve the enterprise learning ecosystem by integrating system thinking, experience design, and scalable digital solutions.
* Integration & Simplification: Lead the design of experiences that align with simplified, human-centered processes.
* Collaborative Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure critical development programs are supported by excellent digital experiences.
* Solution Design: Develop comprehensive learning strategies that integrate various modalities and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
* Emerging Technology Assessment: Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, such as AI agents and augmented reality, to enhance learning experiences and integrate into the LMS.
* Continuous Improvement: Analyze feedback and data to refine learning experiences and platform operation, ensuring relevance and impact.


Requirements:

* Demonstrated success in steering cross-functional decisions in a regulated environment.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing learning experiences, preferably in a consultative or creative leadership role.
* Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
* Strong experience with emerging technologies and their application in learning environments.
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex Learning Management Systems.


Desirable Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience in leading creative projects and guiding cross-functional teams.
