Senior Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our programme management function. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Lead the PMO function, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
* Oversee full project lifecycles, from planning to delivery, ensuring robust resource allocation and effective governance.
* Develop and manage long-term programmes, budgets, and resource plans, driving business growth and success.
* Act as key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
* Build and lead a high-performing PMO team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
* Evaluate and report on KPIs for project delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, and be certified in project management (e.g., PMP, MSP, PRINCE2). They should have at least 10+ years of experience in project and programme management within the energy or infrastructure sectors, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic thinking.
