We are working with a top-tier Irish law firm based in Dublin for an Associate to join their Debt Capital Markets team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a market-leading capital markets team, advising on a broad range of complex debt capital market transactions for both Irish and international clients.
The work covers structured finance and capital markets matters, including securitisations, derivatives, private credit, structured debt, regulatory issues in addition to a range of other matters. The candidate will work with a wide client base including issuers, trustees, and arrangers.
Essential Criteria:
* 0-3 years' PQE;
* Debt Capital Markets experience preferable but not essential;
* Prior experience in finance law;
* Excellent academics;
* Strong team player;
* Commercial awareness;
* Enthusiastic;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Technically excellent.
