IT Technical Support Officer Location: Crag Avenue, Clondalkin, Dublin (Full-time, Onsite) Reports to: CTO Contract: Permanent
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on IT Support Officer to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day technical operations across our site. You'll be the go-to person for hardware support, CCTV and access control systems, mobile device management, fleet technology, and vendor coordination. This is a varied role perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across multiple systems, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Manage CCTV infrastructure, access control systems, and fob administration
* Provide first-line IT support for hardware, network connectivity, and peripherals
* Administer 60+ mobile devices including setup, troubleshooting, and inventory management
* Support fleet technology systems including driver tablets, fuel monitoring, and vehicle cameras
* Handle user onboarding/offboarding across all IT systems
* Coordinate with external vendors and manage support tickets
* Maintain clear documentation and training materials
Qualifications
Essential:
* 3+ years in IT support or technical helpdesk
* Windows Server and Remote Desktop experience
* Mobile device management (Android & iOS)
* Network troubleshooting skills
* Strong documentation and communication abilities
* Self-motivated with excellent prioritisation skills
* Full clean driving licence
Desirable:
* Experience with access control or fleet management systems
* Microsoft 365 administration
* Background in logistics or waste management industry
