Role Summary
DigitalWell is seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to focus on new business for our Secure connectivity, intelligent communications and various sales efforts across Ireland. This strategic role focuses on acquiring new business from mid to large multisite organisations.
The successful candidate will be a driven and energetic, consultative seller with a proven track record in uncovering and developing new opportunities and new customers.
Some Responsibilities will include:
New Business Acquisition
* Identify and win net new logos across Ireland, targeting mid to large multisite enterprises
* Develop and execute territory plans to drive pipeline growth and revenue
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers across IT, procurement, and C-level stakeholders
Sales Execution & Strategy
* Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract closure
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
* Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain CRM hygiene
Customer Retention & Contract Resigning
* Manage the resigning process for existing customers on rolling contracts, ensuring continuity and identifying upsell opportunities
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement through proactive account management
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet evolving customer needs
Market & Product Expertise
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in secure connectivity
* Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to support innovation and positioning
Required Experience & Skills
* Minimum 2 years' experience in business-to-business sales, ideally within the IT industry with telecoms, networking, or cybersecurity an advantage
* Proven success in selling to mid to large multisite organisations
* Strong hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new business
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler, BANT)
