Job Summary
As an ACUVUE Account Manager, you will drive growth and adoption of our ACUVUE® portfolio across optical retailers and optometrists through strategic engagement, territory planning and account management.
You will build strong relationships, deliver commercial and clinical solutions, and exceed sales targets while fostering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute territory strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities across all categories, channels, and customer segments.
Maintain up-to-date, accurate product and clinical knowledge of the ACUVUE® portfolio and complete the required assessments.
Persuade practitioners of the clinical and commercial superiority of ACUVUE® products and promote proactive prescribing.
Manage all customer accounts, understand needs, resolve complaints, and build long-term partnerships.
Monitor sales performance of all customers on weekly, monthly, cyclic, and annual bases to achieve territory goals.
Implement marketing and category initiatives, including new product launches and service introductions.
Identify and collaborate with key customers on joint activities, evaluate activity, and manage budgets.
Represent J&J Vision Care at regional, national, and European sales meetings and clinical conferences.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3years experience in an external field sales role focused on customer relationships.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable results.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; ability to persuade and inspire others.
Capacity to build sustainable, long-lasting partnerships with customers.
Independent, highly self-motivated with strong personal accountability.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Experience or knowledge of the optical/eye-care industry is desirable.
Degree in business, science, or related field; optical qualifications considered.
Benefits
Annual base salary: €44,000 – €70,150 (depends on location).
