About this role, we are seeking a dedicated leader to manage and support a department team in delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an inspiring and welcoming environment, ensuring the team is fully trained and validated, and fostering two-way communication and trust. They will also be responsible for coaching and managing colleagues to meet daily priorities and customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing stock control, warehouse layout, and routines for first-time accuracy
* Addressing pricing, overcharges, refunds, and labeling issues
* Managing front-end operations to prevent customer queues
* Recognizing and providing feedback on excellent service or areas for improvement
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer and colleague service, adapting and thinking flexibly, and achieving objectives in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience in a similar role is preferred.
