As the Material Operations Team Leader, you will guide and inspire a skilled team, overseeing all aspects of material trading, procurement, and sales activities.

What Skills You Need
Third-level qualification in Business, Management, or a similar discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in material management, trading, or a related function.
In-depth understanding of aircraft maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) or similar complex technical sectors.
Entrepreneurial mindset with proven leadership and team management abilities.
Willingness and ability to travel and attend industry events.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve challenges professionally under pressure.
