What You Will Do
Designing, developing, and maintaining databases to support clinical research projects and data management activities.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements, ensuring compatibility and compliance with regulatory standards.
Implementing data models, schemas, and structures to optimize data storage, retrieval, and reporting processes.
Performing database performance tuning and optimization to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for database‑related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to project timelines.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Database Developer or Database Administrator in a clinical research or healthcare environment.
Strong experience in Medidata Rave.
Strong understanding of database design principles, data modeling techniques, and normalization concepts.
Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify opportunities for optimization.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
