Technical Support staff
We are seeking a positive, friendly and detail-oriented professional to join our small business. The Technical Support staff is a key frontline member of our team. You will have a customer service mindset, good technical skills and the ability to keep up to date with current and emerging technology. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting, proactive client care, and clear communication. Providing onsite support for new clients at customers premises covering republic of Ireland 2-3 days per month. All necessary training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
* Fulfilling multiple orders daily.
* Configure and deploy devices such as Mobile Phones,Tablets and Routers.
* Create and manage cases with third-party providers ensuring clear and consistent follow-up.
* Work with external providers when troubleshooting requires cooperation beyond internal resources.
* Enter data into project management software and company systems, maintaining a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
* Ensuring SLAs are met within set timeframes.
* Maintaining and controlling of stock.
* Other ad hoc responsibilities as required.
The Individual:
* Proficient with Microsoft suite, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
* High Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
* Flexible with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
* Fluent in English.
Job Type: Full Time permanent position (following 6-month probation period)
Hours – Monday – Friday 09:00-5:00pm
Work location -In person in Kildare with some requirements for onsite client works.

Pay: €27,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
