Job Title: Project Manager Residential Location: Galway Salary: € + package, DOE We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager for a progressive construction contractor, to lead the delivery of a significant residential development in Galway. This is a key leadership role overseeing the construction of a circa 100-unit residential scheme, ensuring successful project delivery from commencement through to completion and handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing programme, budget, quality, health & safety, and stakeholder engagement while driving project performance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the project from site mobilisation through to practical completion and handover. Lead the site management team, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to achieve project objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, delivery plans, and risk management strategies. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders. Manage the day-to-day operations of a large-scale residential development. Drive programme performance and ensure key milestones are achieved in accordance with agreed timelines. Work closely with the commercial team to manage project budgets, procurement activities, and cost control measures. Monitor financial performance and ensure delivery within approved project budgets. Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental compliance across the project. Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with statutory regulations, building control requirements, and company standards. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Management role within the construction industry. Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale residential developments. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programme management, and project controls. Experience managing multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractor packages. Commercially aware with a strong understanding of budgeting, procurement, and cost management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
