Corporate Lawyer Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate lawyer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work on high-profile corporate transactions and advise clients on various legal matters.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, with specific experience in public company work. They should be qualified as a solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction, possess excellent academic credentials, communication and analytical skills, commercial awareness, and organizational abilities.
In this role, you will form part of a high-performing team that advises on the full range of corporate transactions and arrangements. Your responsibilities may include:
* Public and private M&A
* Shareholder activism and disputes
* Corporate redomiciliations, reorganisations, schemes of arrangement and restructurings
