Meath | Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent An established construction and development business is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join its expanding team.
This successful candidate will initially focus on managing a large-scale residential development in Co.
Meath. The Role You will lead construction projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource coordination Liaise with design teams, contractors and suppliers to drive progress and resolve issues Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection and contract management Monitor site activity, quality standards, safety compliance and regulatory requirements Track project performance, report on progress and manage change control Provide leadership and direction to site teams and project stakeholders Requirements Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 3 years' experience delivering construction projects successfully Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills Proficient in reviewing technical drawings and project documentation Experience using project management and cost control systems Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and construction best practices THE PACKAGE: Salary: €70k-€90k Company Vehicle Fuel-Card Pension 21 Days Holiday Laptop and Phone LOCATION: Meath Applications are encouraged from all candidates living within the surrounding areas of Meath, Dublin, Louth, Westmeath and Kildare!
