Eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager. This is a day rate contractposition located with our client in Dublin. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days onsite per week. Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in leading complex, cross-functional projectsideally within the cybersecurity domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in managing initiatives such as data security, third-party/vendor risk management, and other high-impact cyber-related programs. This role is critical in driving the successful execution of our cybersecurity strategy and aligning projects with broader organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity projects with a focus on data protection, third-party risk, compliance, and enterprise security posture. Work closely with security, IT, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics. Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocations, budgets, and risk assessments across multiple concurrent initiatives. Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and interdependencies to ensure smooth execution and delivery. Present regular progress updates, executive summaries, and risk reports to senior leadership and steering committees. Ensure project alignment with organisational governance, cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR). Required Qualifications: 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a cybersecurity or IT security context. Proven track record delivering high-stakes, enterprise-level projects in complex environments. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts including data privacy, vendor risk, and compliance. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance standards. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
