Sales Administration Coordinators play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Team, ensuring seamless sales processes and exceptional customer experiences. This dynamic role involves providing administrative support to the Business Development Team, coordinating communication between the sales desk, operations, and sales managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Business Development Team, maintaining accurate customer and sales data on internal systems and CRM software.
• Coordinate communication between the sales desk, operations, and sales managers to ensure smooth sales processes and timely resolution of customer queries.
• Identify new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers, generating leads and managing house accounts, including quoting and pricing updates.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations, showcasing market trends and competitive analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in Sales Administration or a related field.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a high attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
