As Store Manager you will be leading a team of 10+.
Responsibilities of this Deputy Manager job:
Support the store manager with maximising figures and KPI's daily along with driving and increasing store sales and productivity.
Responsible for coaching, leading and development of your team.
Ensuring store visual merchandising are in line with company policies.
Ensuring company policies and procedures are implemented.
Driving customer customer service throughout the store and team.
Skills and experience required for this Deputy Manager job:
2+ years holding an assistant manager position in a fast-paced fashion retailer.
Experienced in delivering excellent customer service and driving overall store performance.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a strong team.
Experience managing a team of 10+.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong fashion merchandising experience.
