Biotech Production Specialist Role
As an Associate Biotech Production Specialist, you will work as part of a collaborative team to carry out tasks in line with the production schedule. Your responsibilities may include working on manufacturing processes, monitoring production quality, participating in equipment start-up and validation activities, and assisting with troubleshooting and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with the Manufacturing Team to achieve production goals
* Monitor production processes to ensure high-quality outputs
* Participate in equipment start-up, commissioning, and validation activities
* Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirement
