Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant
Our client is currently seeking a Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant to join their fast‑paced and inclusive company.
The successful candidate will be assisting across Accounts Payable, Treasury divisions and broader Finance division. This is a permanent opportunity, with excellent progression opportunities. Role Responsibilities
* Perform daily and monthly administrative tasks across the Finance function.
* Support Accounts Payable by setting up suppliers, completing call‑backs, and processing invoices for payment.
* Assist with reconciliations, month‑end duties, and other ad‑hoc financial tasks as required.
* Help prepare reports for compliance, and for internal and external audits, liaising with auditors as appropriate.
* Support the coordination and implementation of system improvements and rolling upgrades within the Finance function.
Key Competencies and Experience
* A minimum of 2/3 years previous experience in a fast‑paced Financial Services environment and/or corporate Finance / Accounts experience.
* Accounting knowledge.
* Self‑motivated and willing to learn new skills.
