Snapshot of Your Peer Group
* Experience in core regulatory requirements including CRD/CRR, Recovery and Resolution, and Operational Resilience
* Bank regulatory reporting experience
* At least 5‑7 years of professional regulatory experience
* Understanding of Basel III, CRR/CRD, BRRD (Recovery and Resolution)
* Strong experience implementing recovery and resolution regulations
* Analysis and submission of consolidated reports to regulators (CBI, ECB, JST) including COREP, FINREP, LCR, NSFR, ALMM, STE, Pillar III, and Ana Credit returns
* Risk identification and materiality assessments
* Regulatory reporting control frameworks and risk policy knowledge
* Systems and processes used for regulatory returns compilation and submission
* Commercial acumen, legal and commercial risk ownership, and task completion
* Risk improvements and policy and control implementation contributions
Responsibilities & Achievements
* Lead and contribute to regulatory reporting projects using SME knowledge and KPMG network
* Manage relationships with a broad range of regulatory reporting clients
* Support the management of the Regulatory Reporting team, including career development of junior members
* Develop new service propositions for clients
* Participate in thought leadership and research activities across the firm and international network
* Contribute to the wider KPMG Risk and Regulatory service proposition, providing advice and assistance on client engagements and participation in initiatives
