As a member of the Retail property team, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of an effective property strategy that increases shareholder value aligned with the Musgrave strategy and in keeping with the long-term vision and values of the company. The role will assist and deliver various construction and compliance projects across the companys property portfolio. From green and brownfield sites, retrofit projects, compliance upgrades and strategic upgrades to infrastructure, this role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive mindset. What you'll be doing: Assist and manage construction projects of varying scale Assist and manage project delivery, including due diligence, planning, design development, procurement, construction, and handover Assist with coordination with external third party authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders Ensure all projects meet relevant building regulations, safety, and fire regulations requirements Manage budgets, timelines, and contractor performance Maintain accurate project documentation and maintain record-keeping What we'er looking for: Proven experience (5-10yrs) in construction project management within retail, commercial, or mixed-use environments Knowledge of Irish building and fire regulations, and planning processes Strong project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in project management tools and software Based in Ireland and legally permitted to live and work in Ireland Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel within Ireland Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Professional accreditation will be beneficial Why Musgrave: Career Development: With a commitment to your personal and professional growth, Musgrave offers numerous opportunities for advancement and learning.
