About the OrganisationA well-established engineering subcontractor, with over 25 years in operation, specialising in fabricated weld assemblies, treated assemblies, and machined components supplied primarily to OEMs, is seeking a General Manager for its newly built 4,200 sq. metre, near‑zero‑energy facility in County Cavan.Position OverviewThe General Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the new facility, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This senior leadership role requires strong operational, engineering, and people‑management skills. The successful candidate will drive performance improvements, support staff development, and uphold exceptional customer satisfaction.
