Office Administrator Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including maintaining accurate records, preparing invoices and managing payroll.
* Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
* Prepare financial reports, manage budgets and maintain accurate expense tracking.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with strong skills in Sage or QuickBooks, Excel and Word. They must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
